Berlin Accelerator Kicks Off Batch 3 with 8 Diverse Startups

Almost two months have passed since our second Berlin Accelerator batch graduated and moved into offices of their own. Of course, we‘ve continued to support our alumni with their subsequent funding rounds and other pressing matters, but we’ve also been hard at work preparing for batch 3.

Over the past couple of months, we‘ve spent countless hours searching for and selecting this batch of startups. It was an arduous task for the startups, too.

They had to convince a distinguished jury of German and European investors, as well as representatives from Microsoft, of the quality of their teams, the soundness of their business models, and their desire to learn and grow.

In the end, we invited 8 teams to join our accelerator out of the 500+ that applied. Now these startups have an exciting four months ahead of them.

Our final lineup for batch 3 is an interesting mix of B2B and B2C companies, focusing on diverse topics such as big data, education, and the future of employment. As always, we are excited to accompany these young businesses on their journies to become mature, successful companies.
